Projenin tasarımında müşterinin talebi doğrultusunda genel mekan kullanımlarında sadelik ön planda tutuldu.Aksesuar kullanımı çok sevildiği için evin genelinde az renk kullanılmaya çalşılmış. Böylece hem kullanılan aksesuarların daha çok algılanması sağlanmış hem de mekan içinde ki göz yorgunluğunu engellenmiş.
